sitemap error

hi,everyone,this is error which i get in webmaster when i inserted the sitemap file

HTTP Error: 404
We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit.

Can anyone say how to solve these problem?

check your sitemap link. sometimes it redirects to master sitemap if you have multiple sitemaps

You can try to reset the permalink structure through Settings, then choose permalinks and click save without altering anything.
If it doesn`t work, check that items exist in order to create the sitemap via going to Admin, SEO, then XML Sitemaps and check the items to exclude.
The last it can be the problem with your server.
