My Asus Lappy shutting Off randomly..?? Please Help..!!

Hey there, this is Maiya. I have a Asus Laptop which i got around 10 months ago and around 2 months ago it shut down randomly. I didn't give it much thought because it was saying it was doing updates so I thought that's why its shutting down. Now it shutting off all the time. I have had it looked at by geek squad and they said it seemed fine to them but then just today it shut down again after I had it on for about 10 minutes. I was thinking of calling Asus Support but then think otherwise. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? Actually i also have a Acer laptop which have the same problem. Then i just contacted Acer Support and the problem was solved within minutes. So please help..!!
