You should really consider changing layout.. btw.. about keywords.. concentrate more on content.. you will find best keywords on your own !

In first your Title is too long. According to the google you have to use at least 80 characters on title. IN case you can use keywords in your Description. Your keywords I competitive then you have to change your keywords. Try to take two phrases keywords.

Yeah, too many ad units, too broad keywords (unless you put serious money on the table, it is very difficult to compete there) try something more "niche", too little content (specially in the internal pages)...it supposes that google would not like it...
