Why my website DR decreasing?

From 2 years I start a health website but I did not understand during 6 months My site DR authority didn't increase even decreasing. Six months ago site authority was 37 today 25. I tried to increase many ways but no result. Can anyone help me? Just need the specific reasons why not increase.
