Just get more inbound quality links to your site from relevant sites. And make sure those sites are not banned by Google

Ive found that a good press release is the quickest way to get inbound links. It also gives rankings a good nudge.

Perhaps you can more focus on submit article, submit directory and press release as your daily activities.

Use your keyword or keyphrase in the title, on the page in an h1 tag, on the page bolded, use keyphrase for your backlinks, name directory structures with a keyword, name images with keywords.

Fairly simple, once you have done that, just keep getting backlinks with your keyword or phrase.

You're doing very well already with more than 10,000 backlinks as reported by Yahoo. How you want the search engines to find you is a matter of keyword research and using those keywords as anchor text for your link building.
