If I Remove One of My site and use it Content on Other domain

What iF I want to completely delete/remove on of My website/Blog. And wants that existed content into my new site. The content is fully optimized and user-friendly. Also, it has ranked on my first blog. But due to some technical reasons, I have to shut down that Site. So what can I do with that quality content on my site which is going to be removed entirely?
