its true, i've linked or have had other sites link to some sites ive worked on in the past and the pr went up. just have to fnd a way to do it.

hi friends.. Our site choiceful.com is online shopping site , On March this site's PR was 4 .. but I can,t understand why it's PR decrease to 3 , I am doing Directory submission for it.. blog postings.. social bookmarking regularly.. but still its PR 3.. please can somebody help me...?????

Get more backlinks, backlinks, and backlinks. PR is calculated through backlinks. Much better if you can get backlinks with high PR.

Why is everyone so obsessed with Page Rank when it does not have a direct bearing on your organic ranking. Its is just an indicator and should not be used for any other purposes.

it is because google dont show all the backlinks and tht is why it is show9ing only 2. start optimising your site

The best way to generate some PR is:

First of all you got to analyze and change your website keywords, title and description tags.

1. Article submission
2. Reciprocal Links
3. Forum Posting
4. Directory submission
5. Link exchange with relevant websites

As long as Remember: building your own site's external links, as far as possible to find those high PR value and number of external links is a small site. This way your site on the external links site, the more your PR value will be higher, so that your position be improved.
