jlw.mine.nu comes up in google.com as you say but not when searched for australian websites? why is this

Get some back links from related forums and blogs. Your sites will be indexed within few days.

Write an article about your sites and add them to famous article directories.

i have seen one issue, your website is too slow. i clicked on the link and it too long to download page. i checked for 20 sec and it did not upload the page then i turn it off.
now u can see, how google gonna index ur site.

lack of quality/ strong backlinks could be one of the factors that made the indexing process slow

Your site loads pretty slow, SE bots are lazy that they will leave immediately if they can't see fast and clearly your site, you should first work on that.
