Just do basic search engine optimization. Directory, article and blog submission is the basic promotion to master and for you to master it, you must search for free submission sites to submit your site.

Think like in real life : the more people know about your business the more clients you'll have. The more traffic you have in front of your store the more potential clients you'll have.

To get traffic optimize your web site using SEO techniques.
To get relevant traffic(buyers) target really specific terms for searches. But don't concentrate only on specific terms. If you have big traffic the word will spread about your business and eventually you'll get relevant traffic.

And be patient : at least 4-5 months to start making some evaluations. After that you could track the stats more often.
