Indexing of pages has no direct relation with the youtube videos. If you want to get indexed quickly then try to submit sitemap in google webmaster tools and get links from site that is frequently updated.

You can include advertising your site there but there's no direct way to show Google bot your site presence on YouTube.

hi,
you will not get faster index; you can only receive traffic. The outgoing links have nofollow on youtube.

You can still market yourself and obtain quality web traffic.

If you're wanting more video exposure you can use a product like traffic geyser (I think I spelled it right)

pricey, but worth it if you do a lot of video.

You will get more traffic by posting videos on youtube. but i dont think it will help you to index site quickly.

Using you tube videos can drive you traffic....here are some ways on how to optimize your you tube tags...

* Use relevant tags to describe the video
* Use as many relevant tags as possible
* Think long tail searches when it comes to tags also
* Use adjectives
* Add category descriptive tags
* Most important tags should also match title and description of movie
* Don’t use “and” “or” etc. words as tags

We all know that most of youtube videos got index first by the SE's but it doesnt mean that if you put some youtube videos on your site it will help you got index faster. like what others mentioned above^ the help of having it is to generate some traffic not backlinks.
