Give more information about your site, is it new? Do you often put new fresh contents and build links the right way?

Don't worry about cached, just start applying the seo techniques that are seo friendly / white hat... and you will start to see results... getting indexed, increase in pagerank, improve in rankings, etc...

Learn seo techniques if you do not know any.
