Why do you have to submit your site in those mobile search?

Just do the SEO, no need to submit your site into that search engines ..

Currious, is there any significant differece between Google search and Mobile search? I thought major idea is the same, the algorythms are different. So, why should you worry about submission to specific search engines, instead of following basic SEO technics that will be appropriate to all major search engines.
