Question on google optimization

Hello,

i have a big issue with google optimization. My website is more then 1 year old. I did some optimization on search engines. Search engines, like msn, yahoo with our target keywords we are in the first page of results, on msn even on the first place....
But the problem is with google. We are not banned in google, but our performance in search results is very poor... I think we were penalized. Can somebody helm me? To check if we are penalized or not? What's the main issue on our bad performance in google...

Many had justified that Google and other SE are seemed to be directly opposite (ranking well on Google but not so good on Yahoo and vice versa). First learn about Google technology "PageRank", get along (get links) with those sites that have good PR and related to your site. Another tool is to sign up for Google Webmaster Tool to find out how google will index/cache your site.

To check if your site is penalized by Google just type the URL in the search engine search it,..... if no result your site detail its penalized.

it's an adult website. Maybe it's the main issue that is adult?

in yahoo and msn this keyword has also a lot of competitors too, but we are i first search page....

Quality back links it's really helpful to increase your website in google.com
So, do work Off Page Optimization and target to get quality back links.

well not wondering with that one cause your niche is "adult site" it's really competitive niche..go find more suitable place to link your Adult site not like this in forums...you can join ADULT FORUMS for you to be avle to have relevant backlinks...
