Well social media networking is very powerful source but it have one weakness that you have to be a Regular Member of that social network ... if you are just bookmarking your site and thinking you will get lot of traffic with this you are wrong ... You have to be a regular part of that social network after that you will gain some benefit and traffic from these sites
