What is the best way of Good Optimization?

Hi,
Everyone, I am webmaster of http://www.remortgage-debt-consolidation.co.uk. This site has a ranking problem. But this site has good keyword, good contain and well optimize but this site have no any ranking in Google.
Kindly tell me why this problem happens and is something wrong in these pages so that i can remove those errors and tell me also best way of optimization.

Ranking depends on number of backlinks you have. If your backlinks are more then your PR is high. So try to get more backlinks. For getting more backlinks update content regularly, prepare blog, submit articles, submit your site in directories. Also use targeted keywords & use those keywords in your content. Like this way optimize your site properly.

Backlinks are very important for Google ranking (good quality links).

Site optimization has the same, if not bigger, importance than backlinks.
I checked your keywords density. That's right the density for the main keywords is OK.
But, "Keyword relevancy to page content is terrible" 0nly 25%. (it's according submit express analyzer). Try to check it by yourself. Go to http://www.submitexpress.com/analyzer/

Another words, try to fix "Keyword relevancy to page content". I'm not sure if that is the last fix, but I hope it will help

Also, based on my experience, be careful and try not to change meta tags too often, such as title, description, keywords. Google can put you back to its sandbox for a while.
