i also lost pr before this i have pr 3 now i just have pr2 and also i lost my back links too

I think this time google has changed some of the criteras of judging backlinks and PR, therefore so many sites lost their PR. I even this time PR1 and PR2 was quite easy to achieve but beyond that it was really hard to satisfy Google.

Open an account with Google...its a webmasters account..

You will get an option of crawler visiting your website...opt in it to visit your website according to your own need..

yea.... webmaster tools does helps to set up targets and strategies, but then you need to work on those plans.

Keep building relevant and quality links. There is no exception and hopefully in the next 2 months you'll get your PR back.

Increase the presence of your website on the World Wide Web, by getting backlinks. This will be also helpful in SEO of the website and increasing the page rank. Your link on other’s site will also fetch their traffic. Link-exchange will also be a good idea for widening the exposure of the website.

Google PR updates every three months.. Before that time comes, try to get more back links so that you'll get better results.

Google's algo is difficult to follow. They change it time to time. It's common thing that some sites would get de-indexed and get back in few days or weeks.
