What is the reason behind it??

I think your website is new? well it happen to all new website just optimize your site regularly.

or if you have spammed your links in a irrelevant site your site must be penalized:D

What we can do our best is never forgot to submit ur XML site map to google Web master and also make it available to ur site.

If u r new business, this will help u a lot.

If ur not new and forget to put it there, do it.
Always use the tools like copyscape to check for content duplicasy.
Just focus on providing relevant and unique info to ur site.
