I'd like to give some uncommon factors that affect your google ranks:
1.Click Through Rate
2.Bounce rate to Google - Do visitors that go to your site automatically click “back” and then go to another site after yours?
3. Duration - The longer they stay on the page you rank for — the higher it will rank on the SERPs.(Avg., time on your site)

Re: SEO Factors
you're definitely rightmn-seo wrote:Google collects a lot of feedback from user's experience. I think Google Toolbar collects the user experience, which tells Google which listings are more relevant and which ones they don't want to see.
History of the site, history of the domain name, site update frequency, linking history, link growth pattern, etc. All these are factored in the SEO game.
