If u have a back link from ur related business,this means that u have a vote from others in ur business area.

Make ur sitemap available to ur site as well as submit it to google Webmaster.

You can get high ranking one way backlinks by joining LinkedIn and Facebook and putting your site in your profile. Those backlinks are worth 1000s of two-way links from lower ranked sites. Its a whole lot less work too.
