Google don't Show All of your site's Back link in Search Results Because of Some security Reason ... But yes you can see them All google webmaster tools but not in Google Search ... So don't Take it hard ...

Google hardly ever shows anywhere near all of a site's backlinks using the link: operator. The link: operator shows a sample on backlinks also known as incoming links from other sites to your site. I think they do this in order to protect your resources against your competitors.

Well not to worry about this , because google don't like to show all of your back links in google search because of some security reason or something elese , they just show some of back links

Google counts only links that they calculate as quality and relevant links. One thing I noticed is if you have reciprocal link pages Google cuts down on your links. We dropped all most of our reciprocal links and our Google links went up. Coincidence maybe, but maybe not.
