html to joomla site discussion

hi guys,

i have a website on html base but i am planing for Joomla transfers but i have some confusion so that i want discuss with all us joomla users. if i will change in joomla how much time will take in Google top ten position and will be support Google analytics code if no then how to track my website traffic.

and when i will transfers website html to joomla then what else i do..can you suggest me..

There's a Joomla component that can back your Joomla site up.
It creates a joomla installer to install the backup, like you do with a fresh version. Google it.
