It depends on many factors.Update your website daily and when a google bot every day will visit your website and crawl new and old pages

Indexing of pages happens every seconds on google. We just can't imagine how fast their spider doing the crawling.

Yes as mate says indexing of site is done every day or we can not say two time in days but PR indexing normally occur in every 3 months.

Google should index your site everyday if you have your site set up in the webmaster tools and you keep your site updated.

Caching and indexing is done regularly, every hour depending on the site and page rank was previously done every quarter but from past few months, it is being updated every month.

Google visits our home page almost every day. The deeper you go in our site, the less often they visit these pages. Some they may only visit monthly.
