You need to build quality links for your site. Do tons of forum posting, social bookmarking, article submission, etc. Exchanging links with relevant, high PR sites can also boost your PR drastically.

Get backlinks from a page that contains PR value in it. They should pass some PR to your page, if the backlinks are dofollow.

Hi don't do link building very fast. It is a double edged sword. Link building should be done slowly only and make it naturally(or even look like).

Hi page rank??? Only one solutions. Get large number of backlinks from high PR pages. There is no more alternative. Because quality of backlinks plays more vital role than number of backlink.
