It depends upon your requirement too. If you just want your profile then facebook, twitter and orkut are fine, but if you want to promote your product and links then digg, stupbleupon, mister-wong..

I've been having a lot of success with mixx also.

I'd say Digg, Mixx and Stumble Upon are the best. Reddit and Delicous and Google Bookmarks are the easiest to set up.
