Well, I 've checked your site out with marketleap.com, and you have a link popularity of 1109, which seems to have literally happened "overnight". That's amazing. How do you do it? You also have a Google page rank of 5 (using prchecker.com).

You just do basic Link building strategy. But do it regularly (Routine) and do more.

Just do on-page and off-page optimization properly for your site and also do social media optimization...

Make sure your keyword selection is good. Target keywords with good search volume. Your linkbuilding efforts would be useless if your keywords are bad.

Do the usual linkbuilding methods such as forum posting, article submission, etc. to improve the ranking of your site. Better avoid link farms.

You do have a good PR. Numerous links means traffic and some conversions as well. Now you can easily have your answer from above theory.
