I have a blogspot blog with 23 pages, first only the full archive page of my blog was indexed by google. After i joined google webmaster program i submit my blogs's atom.xml sitemap and then 16 pages was indexed. What can i do to index rest of my pages? Please any idea.

You can't ensure them, all you have to do is to present your site to Google bot like you did. Another thing you can do is to give those "un-indexed" pages their own back links.

Usually Google will never show the entire number of backlinks but surely Google indexed all your page but not shown on the result.

submit to blog directories, rss feeds and syndication.

You just have to be patient and wait. You can't really command the Google bots to crawl all your pages immediately. In the meantime, keep on building links for your blog.

Try to ping your blog after you made post on it. I always did this every time I made post on my blog and the pages are indexed in short time.
