I would recommend you to use free keyword tool by wordtracker. IMO, it's the best so far, after the old "inventory overture" tools abolished.

Adwords will get you instant targeted traffic. I would build free traffic by putting good, useful content on your site however. Goodluck!

To get traffic you need to either go ahead with organic optimization or follow adwords. If you have money to experiment then try adwords.

There are numerous ways to boost your traffic. Among the popular methods include forum posting, social bookmarking, link exchange, etc. Make sure you're targeting the right keywords with good search volume.
