ya, ibp is semi auto submitter for directory, but my opinion try to manually submission, it's a better way rather then auto submission.......

Well i also think that manual submission is the best. You should go for it. I am also doing manual submissions. I think it can effect a lot on your site.

In submitting your links to directory, you can use an autofiller. It's in the Google toolbar. You can also use Roboform!
