Page Rank Changes

Anyone else had an increase/decrease in page rank the other day? After waiting a while 2 of my sites had a units increase on the same day as well as a lot of inner pages receiving increases. This hasn't changed my SERP's though as google already has your site up to date, there just slow in adding the page rank, i think it was increased on there data servers around 3 months ago as that is when a lot of my keywords got a bump.

Yep all of the sites in my portfolio have showed changes so deffinately been a Google update recently.

On the whole this was a good one for me, generally means i'll see very few changes the next time though.

I am waiting for almost 2 months now, but have not sen any alteration in my PR.

Google updation going on.. so double check for the difference in PR and back links

I just checked my PR. All of my sites have improved their pagerank. Yey! My SEO efforts worked.

I have a question that really hammering in my mind from last 7 months that How Google Calculate Page Ranks??? I got the formula from internet i.e.

PR(A) = (1-d) + d(PR(t1)/C(t1) + ... + PR(tn)/C(tn))

But I still unable to understand how it works ?

Forget the rest, I just want to ask, suppose if i go for link exchange with the site page rank 4 but the page where i get my link is of PR 1 then how it will be work? Either Google will use the page rank of domain (main site) or it will consider the rank of that page where my link is placed while calculating the PR of my site. . . ?

My website on Swine-Flu has not moved an inch. Still at 0. EVer since people heard of the treatment, they don look into the symptoms any more ...

I think you are not getting quality back links, you can make quality back links.
